im clammering for kelvin to bring me to hooters. Not because i want to see babes with bigger cup sizes than mine but because i wanted to try their chicken wings. The problem is its far away. like in moa. but so far.. kelvin has no complaints... will be heading there soon...

bar prep
most people ( me included ) think that now school is done with, Kelvin has more time. Well, apparently not. Kelvin handed me his schedule for the 5 months which consists of study time,eating and study time and eating and the occasional church and lunch with me every sunday. I had to even swap and negotiate for our dw weekend. well, i more or less have accepted the fact already but not everyone. MIL, T and BKO pretty much had same reaction.
well yeah. this is the life of a fiance of a barrister/lawstudent...thats
on the other hand, i have kept myself pretty helping him out. Bar prep is actually much more fun than school. For one thing, i have researched on a diet that will optimize brain foods. What to eat on exam day./ day before exam day etc. I just checked out this IRAC study method for him. ( Issue - Rule- Analysis - Conclusion) /highlighted the gist to minimize his reading. I am now trying to figure out how to put my voice on mp3 so i can read those crappy book law stuff so he can listen to it while sleeping or taking a crap ( something abt maybe it will internalize into his unconsciousness.- hey anything that will help!~). We also plan to attend a prayer meeting 600 am on fridays. ( hopefully...)
Its like training for the Olympics. Everything must be in tip top shape. He even bought himself a timer so he can clock in his study hours. Go for GOLD!!!!

Kelvin's graduation at the Meralco Theatre ....
all i can say is THANK GOD!!! ! I have nothing but thanks giving in my heart to the Lord ( i know i sound cheesy but its true). I can say that life in lawschool is one rollercoaster ride. U never know when your up and when your down. ( And life as a law school girfriend is just the same).
and it is only through the grace of God, that kelvin passed! Not only that but also winning Silver medal for best thesis. ( in other words 2nd best thesis). and in all the years i went to school, i have to say this is my first time to walk on the stage for a medal. ( yes, we get to go with him onstage)
hey in fairness, i spent a lot of time listening to that @#$^@$ thesis and his "notations"
but most importantly... there is a cash prize *glint glint* yehey! i can now justify splurging on the wedding dress!!!!

Excuses Does Not Produce Results.. is my new motto for the day.
I will be firm in not helping CG until they realize they should stop making lousy excuses and start buckling up.
This is work. Not some kid i have to be patient with. M told me to be patient because they are hardheaded. I believe that if that is the case, they should be replaced. As simple as that.

why the poor service?
bec some crazy idiot ( who i believe has never been in operations, never issued a ticket or never faced a bloodangry passenger with only the answer : sir sorry po technical error eh. ) decided to push the new system on april 1 despite glaring fact that we have asked a million questions with VAGUE answers
bec the transition was poorly planned. I may not be some top corporate dog but i do know when a transition project is poorly planned. HECK! i planned my crappy cheap ass renovation better than this.
- acctg briefing ? i begged / pleaded / bitched / annoyed them for hell 2 weeks bfore. the briefing took place 3 days before. and still with vague answers. and still with no customized ready software. This is a nationwide project here boys!!! ya think its easy to affect agents who has been doing things for so long to adapt to change this fast? and the answers per person are different. Are they mad!!!
-no back up plan for technical errors. NO back up plans at all! april 1? we were supposed to be up by 12. of course they gave out codes on mar 31 only to find out the codes were all fucked up. They could have at least did the transition SLOWLY!! like put it up for a month before they take out everything so we could test it for errors.
- training? yeah right? apparently training is their cheap version of quality control. we find the techinical errors and report to them. meanwhile our 101 many questions had no answers or were answered with ... dont worry, navitaire will fix it. or.. they will send you a memo about it soon. ( which they didnt of course or they did three days late) -
another thing abt the training. they could have done it in 1-2 days instead of 3. lots of time wasted. I wasted lots of time. the second day? spent waiting for it to start. after 30 minutes. merienda. after 30 minute slunch. after 30 minutes worth of training... merienda again. and then brownout. i wanted to go home since we are just waiting for the rest of the people to finish exercises but the trainor wanted everyone to stay? I have better thinsg to do than this?!! i have passengers to ticket??!!!! my sales had groups to finish!! and we are stuck in a room waiting for it to end so the trainor can say she finished the whole day. third day? i just spent the whole afternoon waiting for trainor to check papers.
-they chose to do a very vague n unplanned nationwide change on a peak season. Perfect. simply perfect.
The result?
alot of pnrs cancelled. a lot of options unticketed. A lot of lines.. long lines.. gal had to pass it to us. we pass them back. back and forth back and forth a lot of businesses wasted, a lot of poor entreprenuers ( oru agents ) pulled out of business. a lot off tciekting agents who had to sacrifiec their hard earn money for dms out of their control or a result of poor training. lots of angry pax. aand a lot of phonecalls adn questiosn with no answers.

Letting go of the fairy tale
I love fairy tales... i live by them.
when i was little, i actually refused to take off my flower girls dress. I slept in it for days. I thought i looked like Odette in Swan Lake. it was my very flower girl dress)
( oh.. and my dad actually forced his employee to take me as their flower girl and he even paid for my dress)
so this poem makes me all teary eyed...
As we mature, we all have to make this transition--
we all have to let go
of some of our fairy tale expectations for love
and learn to embrace a kind of love
that can survive a few hard winters.
A Love that has been tested
is far more awe-inspiring
than love that has never
known anything but bliss.

on the tudors,
i have this present infatuation over the tudors. The age of romance, chivalry and kings and queens during the medieval ages. Thanks toPhilippa gregory's " The other boleyn girl" and the constant princess. I now have learn my world history faster than a year in high school.

spent holyweek wtching "punky brewster" on youtube. when i was a kid ( a fat one) i wished i could be like punky in jeans and colored sneakers and have a room like hers.
except i just didnt have the guts and mom dress me up in polkadots and stockings and ladylike sweaters
Man...i miss the cool 80's!!
so sad, Soleil Moon frye had to grow up and become one of those sexy stars. whn i was a kid( a fat one) i wished i could dress up like punky and have a room like hers.
also watched a few "perfect strangers" scenes. i love larry and balki.
